Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council is seeking to invite suitably experienced debt and money advice providers to submit quotations for the provision of a homelessness prevention debt and money advice service in the Borough.

The service will complement existing services in assisting residents who may be struggling financially to maintain their homes, this includes both residents renting and owning their home and enabling customers, who are experiencing financial hardship, to maximise their income and prioritise their expenditure so that financial commitments can be maintained.

We require a modern, innovative and cost-effective e-platform for use by the NHS Graduate Management Trainees, Placement and Programme Managers (ie NHS staff) and Scheme Staff.

The e-platform will provide a comprehensive talent and performance management solution to the Scheme with functionality to include, but not limited to, trainee competency recording and progress monitoring, appraisal monitoring, HR and biometric data, education information (exam and assignment results) and business cases and other submissions.

The e-platform will also act as a social media / communication tool wherever possible. This will include a ‘profile' approach for users and be interactive.

The e-platform will have full reporting capabilities (micro and macro levels) for trainees, managers and staff as appropriate

We will be looking for the service to be provided countywide by either a single organisation or a consortium of providers with a lead partner or a lead organisation working in partnership with others on a sub contract basis. The service will be responsive to local needs and ensure there is consistent and equitable access to support for carers throughout Somerset.
