Description
The London Boroughs of Sutton and Merton are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations for the design, delivery, analysis and feedback of the biennial staff survey. There are approximately 5800 staff across both boroughs who will be eligible to complete the survey, 1200 of which will require paper copies of the survey. Suppliers are required to guarantee that the survey can be designed and conducted by November 2010. The Council is tendering this contract through the London Tenders e-tendering portal, our preferred method of advertising and managing contract opportunities. Prospective Tenderers are advised to register their interest by going to https://www.londontenders.org/procontract/supplier.nsf. Sutton Council currently contracts with a diverse group of voluntary, statutory and private sector providers and encourages a range of organisations, regardless of size, to apply for this provision. A pre-qualification questionnaire is available on the portal which the Council shall evaluate to identify the shortlisted supplies to be invited to tender. The Council shall not be bound to accept the lowest cost or any tender. The award of contract shall be based on the most economically advantageous tender submitted. Deadline for expressions of interest and submission of a completed pre- qualification questionnaire is 20th August at 17:00.
