RPA is seeking to procure property consultants to provide services including but not limited to general valuation advice and updates as required, advise on CPO matters, rateable valuations and commercial property development, liaison with and negotiation with relevant parties who have a compensatable interest in the property to be acquired and provision of reports with recommendations and terms of settlement following successful negotiations. Where settlement cannot be reached through negotiation theconsultants will represent RPA at arbitration. The consultants will provide regular progress reports and attendmeetings as required.The consultants will provide the advice and services required in the disposal of residual property. The consultants will provide advice and make available their service connected with any other property related matters that RPA may seek advice on or require from time to time.Interested candidates shall complete the Electronic Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (ePQQ).In filling out "Section 4 Reference Projects"of the ePQQ, candidates should demonstrate relevant experience in carrying out projects of a simlar scope to the above contract description.In filling out "Section 8 Resources" of the ePQQ, Candidiates should demonstrate relevant knowledge and expertise in a simlar scope to the above contract description.as described above.
