Description
The awarding authority has a statutory requirement to dispose of waste in line with the waste management licence or PPC permit issued by SEPA. In order to assist in the fulfilment of this duty, the Council requires the services of a contractor(s) to provide a service for the recovery and disposal of waste oils, filters and batteries and hire of skips for scrap metal.
