The works comprise the replacement of precast concrete kerbing and installation of new precast concrete drainage channels. Repairs to the existing potholed bituminous macadam surfacing, raising of ironwork and overlaying the surface with hot rolled asphalt with coated chippings (approximate area 900 sqm). The area is a private industrial estate access road. The Form of Contract is NEC3, Option B. The contract period is 6 weeks.
