The Awarding Authority is an ALMO and manages 4,000+ properties on behalf of High Peak Borough Council of which approx. 10% (400 void properties) change tenancy each year. We are looking for service providers to 1) Provide a Rubbish Clearance / Removal service. 2) Prepare properties ready for re-decoration. 3) Carryout a garden tidying service (cut back & strim). 4) Clean the property ready for the new tenant to move in. We will consider all options for the provision of these services including them being provided individually or as a package.
