The awarding authority are looking for a provider of Office Supplies which will include but will not be limited to: Desk-top Computers, Laptops, branded stationery, paper products, printers, ink cartridges etc. This will need to be delivered regularly to our site offices at Limmo Peninsula, Old Oak Park and Central London. We will have approx 250 employees working across the sites. These temporary offices will be in place to manage the construction of the 2 tunnelling projects, C300 and C305. We will require some products to be branded with the BBMV logo. Suppliers should be aware of the scale of these projects before responding to the PQQ. These include the 2 main sections of running tunnels under central London. BBMV will be working across 2 main sites (Limmo Peninsula and Old Oak Park) with a further smaller sites in in Central London. We expect to have approx 250 staff on the sites at the height of construction so our supply partner will have to have experience of supplying to similar projects. It is important that we can order from a catalogue or have an on-line ordering system. Please Note: This is a partnership opportunity. BBMV are looking for suitable sub-contractors to engage with for the below packages. If BBMV are not successful in their bid then there will be no requirement for the package to be let. Crossrail Limited has confirmed the shortlist of bidders for two principal tunnelling contracts - Package C300 for Western Running Tunnels and Package C305 for Eastern Running Tunnels. The shortlist is: * a joint venture comprising Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Limited, Morgan Est plc, Vinci Construction Grand Projects and Beton-und Monierbau Gesellschaft; * a joint venture comprising BAM Nuttall Limited, Ferrovial Agroman (UK) Limited and Kier Construction Limited; * a joint venture comprising Costain Limited, Skanska Construction UK Limited and Bilfinger Berger Civil (Ingeneirbau GmbH); * a joint venture comprising Dragados, S.A. and John Sisk & Son (Holdings) Limited; and * a joint venture comprising Laing O'Rourke Construction and Bouygues Travaux Publics SA Technical information packs were be supplied to the bidders in December 2009 with the balance of tender documents issued in early January 2010. Contracts are expected to be awarded by mid-2010. About the buyer's selection process: As this is a Partnership Opportunity and we are currently not accepting ANY telephone enquires as we are not able to provide full details of the scope of works at this stage. BBMV require that all potential sub-contractors complete and submit the following PQQ. This is to ensure that potential suppliers are up to the exacting standards of the Joint Venture organisations and that they are prepared to address the stakeholders' wider social issues that surround this landmark project. It is anticipated that we will shortlist between 3 and 5 sub-contractors for this package. On confirmation of BBMV being awarded the contract, we will issue shortlisted organisations with full technical details and scope of works and invite quotes to be submitted in a timely manner. Again, if BBMV are not successful with their bid there will be no requirement to appoint a sub-contractor. Short-listed companies will be provided with the contact details of the relevant project managers to discuss requirements in full.
