Refurbishment LV switchgear works to the existing lower basement, basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor and attic levels of the Psychology Building to suit the proposed upgrade.Scope:The primary focus of this specification is to outline the Building Services requirements associated with the LV switchgear refurbishment of the Psycholgy Building, University of St Andrews.The main areas of works covered include:- Removal of redundant electrical equipment.- Upgrade of the electrical Main Switchboard in the Lower Basement- Upgrade of identified distribution boards throughout building as detailed on the proposed drawings.- Replacement of the containment to the new distribution boards- Replacement of the supply cabling to the new ditribution boards
