Description of the goods or services required - This Contract is for the supply, delivery and installation of shelving and furniture at the stated location. A redesign of the awarding authority building has been commissioned and work is due to start in mid August 2010, finishing mid December 2010.The aim of this upgrade and refurbishment is to further integrate the library and Council services provided from the building. There shall be a new, shared reception desk and 7 public access PC?s. The library and family history room will continue to occupy the left hand side of the building. The awarding authority requires the shelving and furniture to be modern, attractive and flexible.
