Agreement for the Provision of Occupational Health Services The awarding authority wishes to appoint an occupational health company to provide the services related to occupational health, pension scheme and associated matters by designating two doctors: one physician who will deal with the occupational health issues and one physician who will act as pension scheme medical advisor. The agreement will initially run for a period of two years commencing on 1st October 2010 and this can be extended on an annual basis for a further two, one year periods at the sole discretion of the awarding authority.
