Contractors must provide the following: 1. Constructionline Registration Number with confirmation of Active Status. 2. Confirmation Certificate of NICEIC approved Contractor Status. 3. Details of the Unique Tax Reference (UTR) Number and the Companies Registration Number required under the Inland Revenue Construction Industry Scheme. 4. Health and Safety Management System — name of Accreditation Body and Reference I Certificate Number, or written confirmation from an accreditation body that accreditation is being sought. (Buildsafe — NI Initiative). 5. Provide evidence of Employers Liability Insurance to confirm minimum cover of £10M. 6. Provide evidence of Public Liability Insurance to confirm minimum cover of £10M. 7. Details of six similar projects undertaken during the past five years to include Client, Contract Name, Telephone Number, Brief Description of Project and out of hours working. 8. Provide details of your general experience in Electrical Engineering Installations by detailing ten Projects completed in the past five years giving Description of Installation, Contract Value, Client, Start and Completion Dates. 9. Details of Management Structure including Qualifications and Experience of Senior Management Team. 10. Details in quantity of Permanent Staff and Site Operatives. Failure to supply any of the required information may result in the application not being considered.
