Description
The awarding authority is developing a number of projects that require professional service support for key operational activities. The work within this contract will be focused on the following three key areas: ? Advice and support towards the development of a Brownfield restoration programme within the Thames Chase Community Forest, ? Support and advice for a tender negotiation (and potentially project initiation) for a new green space project, and ? Unidentified or miscellaneous other projects including: o Business development opportunities, o Cost reduction and operational efficiency savings, o Funding bids, and o Support for other, currently unspecified opportunities. The estimated value for the first 24 months of the framework is #18,000. The maximum value of the framework could increase by an additional #70,000. As this is a framework agreement there will be no guarantee as to how much the selected suppliers will gain from this contract. The anticipated commencement date will be 27th September 2010 with completion by 26 September 2012 with the possibility of extension of a further 12 months.
