Description Applications are invited from competent electrical contractors who are Constructionline registered and who hold a current Build Safe NI or SAFE T Certificate, who wish to be invited to tender for the following project: Installation of new Fire Alarm Systems and Associated Building Work The contract is programmed to commence in August 2010 and be completed no later than September 2010. Contractor must provide the following: 1. Constructionline Registration Certificate (compliant with this Scope of Works, ie Fire alarm) 2. Details of Tax Exemption (copy of card required) 3. Health and Safety Management System - Name of Accreditation Body Reference/Certificate Number (under Build Safe Initiative) 4. Details of similar projects carried out in the last 5 years, including client, architect, contact name, telephone number and brief description of works 5. Details of management structure 6. Public Liability Insurance Certificate to the value of £10 million 7. Employer’s Liability Insurance Certificate to the value of £10 million 8. Fair Employment — Applicants must demonstrate that they are not unqualified for the purposes of the Fair Employment and Treatment (NI) order 1998 9. Letter of Attestation from a financial provider 10. NICEIC Certificate
