“Shaping the Future” project‘s purpose is to establish skills recognition for the nuclear workforce in Wylfa & Trawsfynydd, to explain career options, to develop appropriate training interventions to enable the skills footprint of this region to transfer into other industries thus creating a sustainable and stable economy. The Project beneficiary cohort is totally comprised of energy industry workers who have little experience of change. We are searching for survey design, delivery and analysis of “mood survey” to establish the levels of engagement of the beneficiary with the project and its aim. This survey will be completed six times over the life of the project. In addition there will be a requirement for consultancy support and recommendations after each survey and general change programme communication consultancy support during this 4-year project.
