The awarding authority invites tenders for the provision of Town Planning Services for location specified (PQQ) The purpose of this commission is the provision of a comprehensive Town Planning Service for the Jordanstown site Masterplan. The Town Planning Consultant will be responsible for providing all services required to successfully deliver the Master planning exercise of the Jordanstown site to ensure maximum potential and value is achieved from the disposal of surplus lands. The Town Planning Consultant will be required to appoint all other consultants required to successfully deliver the commission. The PQQ sets out the information which is required by the University in order to assess the suitability of Town Planning Consultants in terms of their technical knowledge and experience, capacity/capability and organisational and financial standing to meet the requirement.
