Description
The Maden Community and Children's Centre are inviting tenders from external consultants to develop a research study the aims of which are as follows:- • Assess how the children's centre meets the needs of its various stakeholders • Evaluate the delivery of the children's centre's services, from the perspective of stakeholders • Measure the impact of the children's centre • Assess the children's centre's cost effectiveness • Provide recommendations based on the findings from the above objectives Children's centres are challenged with providing the core offer which includes: • Integrated Childcare and Education • Health activities • Family Support and Outreach services • Links to other services such as JCP. A full brief is available for interested parties and can be requested electronically from kaela.francioli@lancashire.gov.uk Tenders should be submitted to the above email address by 1 October 2010. The final report for the study would have a completion date of 14 January 2011. Funds available in the region of £20,000.
