Please be aware that over the forthcoming weeks Northamptonshire County Council will be procuring a range of facility management, project and estates services. The range of service are outlined below. It should, be noted that this is not an exhaustive list. Facilities Management Catering services Reactive repairs and maintenance Security Alarms (maintenance and inspection) Grounds maintenance Waste management services i.e. sanitary, health care waste and confidential waste in non-school settings Estates Management Services Rent and lease renewals and breaks Specialist estates services Business rates management and appeals Disposal advice Minor and Small Works Projects A range of managing agents/project coordinators Principal contractors Trade contractors including: painting, carpentry, flooring, roofing etc Technical and Professional Consultants/Contractors Structural engineers Electrical enginners Mechanical engineers Quantity surveyors CDM control Asbestos control Radon control BREEAM consultants All of the above, and those not listed will be procured in accordance with the Council’s Contract Procedure Rules and if applicable European Legislation.
