Description
Stoke-on-Trent City Council is inviting suitable organisations or consortia to tender for the provision of a Direct Payments Support Service. The Service Provider will provide information, advice and support to vulnerable adults and carers, disabled children, young people and their families, which will include: The provision of information and training on the implications of Direct Payments Assisting to set up the systems required to effectively manage their Direct Payments Advice and assistance on the recruitment of staff including drawing up job descriptions, advertising, interviewing, seeking references and contracts of employment Advice and assistance in arranging for other private agency services to meet care needs if this is what the Service User wishes, which will include, the identification of suitable agencies, the negotiation of payment rates and other contractual arrangements The provision of a Payroll Service and related support Welfare services not delivered through residential institutions.Welfare services for the handicapped.Welfare services for children and young people.Guidance services.Administrative healthcare services.Administrative healthcare services.Administrative social services.Administrative healthcare services.
