The awarding authority invite expressions of interest from suitably experienced, resourced and competent groundwork/civil contractor(s) to carry out the proposed works. The works will comprise:- Installation of surface water drainage installation to serve the hard-standing areas New tarmac surfacing - approx. 700m?. Installation of foul drainage installation to serve the modular toilet and the deer larder. Construction of retaining walls and bases for deer larder and office containers. Excavation for and installation of 12,000 litre silage effluent tank in close proximity to existing building. Alterations to existing and provision of new security fencing and gates. Mechanical and Electrical works including new electrical and water supplies to deer larder, office container and modular toilet. Please note that we cannot guarantee that any or all of the work will be undertaken.
