Description
Forestry Commission Scotland invite suitably qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for the cleaning of The David Marshall Lodge (DML) Visitor Centre and the Forest District Office in Aberfoyle, Stirlingshire. Cleaning services will be Monday to Sunday for the David Marshall Lodge (DML) and Monday to Friday at the Forest District Office, both facilities are located in Aberfoyle village and are approximately 1 mile apart. Hours expected to attend would be outwith normal opening/working hours to minimise disruption to the users of the facilities. The DML will be seasonal, and is likely to be closed at least for one month of the year (currently January). The contract will initially be for one year (1st November 2010 TO 31st October 2011) with the possibility of a one year extension. The expected value of the contract is £50k over the period of contract (possible 2 years).
