The awarding authority, is seeking a supplier or suppliers to provide Advanced Meeting Skills training to both FSA management and supervisors of relationship-managed firms. The objectives of this program will be to equip delegates with the ability to `ring master? meetings and to listen, evaluate and challenge in-depth the effectiveness of firms? approaches in face to face meetings, and identify risks, improvements/remedial action and deliver key FSA messages. ? Services may be required across the FSA estate which currently comprises Head Office at 25 The North Colonnade, 1 Canada Square, Bank Street and our office in Edinburgh. The FSA estate may be subject to future change ? The supplier/s must be able to show an understanding of the FSA?s approach to regulation. ? The supplier/s must be able to show gravitas/credibility and professional impact. ? The supplier/s must be registered under the Data Protection Act. For this tender the Authority will require the successful supplier to Have # 5,000,000.00 insurance protection in respect of employer?s liability insurance, workmans? compensation and occupational disease laws, general third part insurance and professional indemnity cover. Please note that if the service requested by the Authority would account for more than 20% of a supplier's total turnover after award of the contract or if its largest customer accounts for more than 25% of its turnover the Authority reserves the right to exclude the supplier from further consideration It is anticipated this contract will be awarded in November 2010 and will last for a period of 12 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months.
