The appointed supplier will be required to conduct an employee survey on behalf of Cornwall Council. The survey has an important role in helping the council identify areas of concern for their employees and enables the council to focus its efforts in appropriate and targeted ways. The selected supplier will be required to assist with the review and updating of the 2009 questionnaire for use this year. The implementation of the survey will be October 2010. As this contract will not be awarded until 3rd week in September, the selected supplier will need to set up and be ready to implement the survey within a few weeks. We will require the ability to complete both online and paper surveys as not all our employees have access to computers.
