Keynes, Oxon, Bucks South East England - Surrey South East England - Sussex Estimated contract value (GBP) Not disclosed Description About the Opportunity: With regards the BBMV partnership requirement for the provision of Office Supplies which will include but will not be limited to: Desk-top Computers, Laptops, branded stationery, paper products, printers, ink cartridges etc, we are looking to pre-qualify companies who would be able to supply the desk-tops, lap-tops and printers only, and who would be willing to work with us as a partner to supply this package to BBMV should they be successful. There will be approx 250 employees working across the sites. The temporary offices will be in place to manage the construction of the 2 tunnelling projects, C300 and C305. There is a requirement that some products will be branded with the BBMV logo. Goods to be delivered regularly to site offices at Limmo Peninsula, Old Oak Park and Central London Suppliers should be aware of the scale of these projects before responding to the PQQ. These include the 2 main sections of running tunnels under central London. BBMV will be working across 2 main sites (Limmo Peninsula and Old Oak Park) with further smaller sites in in Central London. The expectation is to have approx 250 staff on the sites at the height of construction so suppliers will have to have experience of supplying to similar projects. There is also an expectation that suppliers who respond will have a catalogue or on-line ordering system. Please Note: This is a partnership opportunity. BBMV are looking for suitable sub-contractors to engage with for the supply of office supplies. If BBMV or ourselves are not successful in their respective bids then there will be no requirement for the package to be let. About the buyer's selection process: As this is a Partnership Opportunity and we are currently not accepting ANY telephone enquires as we are not able to provide full details of the scope of works at this stage. It is anticipated that we will shortlist between 3 and 5 potential partners and then select one to proceed with us to bid for this package to BBMV.
