Description
The Equality and Human Rights Commission is commissioning this research to build upon its earlier work on the gender pay gap in the private and voluntary sectors. The research will focus on the earnings, and nature, of female and male employees aged 40 or over in these sectors. Since it is anticipated that much (female) employment will be part-time, a particular emphasis on part-time work is also required. Suppliers should note that the 'Open' Procedure is being used and that this is a one stage process - i.e. there is no Expression of Interest stage. The proposed Timetable is as follows:- Tender Submission Deadline :- 13:00 Thursday 23 September 2010; Desktop Evaluations and short listing by :- cop Tuesday 28 September; Interviews :- Wednesday / Thursday 5th / 6th October; Contract signature and kick-off meeting :- Week Commencing 11th October.
