We require to source suppliers who specialise in the Sale, Letting and Disposal of all forms of Commercial Property in London. Suppliers must offer a comprehensive service including free appraisals of properties to be sold, let or purchased and competitive commission rates based on success only. Our target areas are as follows: • Mayfair • Chelsea • SOHO • Marble Arch • Marylebone • Knightbridge • Kensington We will be sharing further details with successful suppliers for our full requirements. Companies must provide sound knowledge and advise to deliver project criteria and deliverables ahead of the market. Suppliers must be able to provide the following below: • Valuation appraisal • Acquisitions of freehold and leasehold property • Sale of Restaurants • Marketing reports • Property searches • Relocations It is vital consultants should consider the following below: • Source 80 - 100 seat restaurant - 1000-1500 SQ FT (approx.) • Preferably fully furnished with kitchen facilities • Fully secured - front and rear • Alarmed throughout the premises • Restaurant must be based within Central LONDON Our spend for this project will be based around £500,000+ for acquisition
